Bill built my first Pentium machine sometime around 1998, and I've had three more from him since (or significant upgrades). He uses quality components and I have always been completely unconcerned whether or not the system would perform satisfactorily – it always does.
When the unexpected has arisen - like a neighborhood power cutoff/on which sent a fatal surge overwhelming my suppressor strip - Bill totally restored my op-sys, replaced corrupted files, saved the data, and had the thing up and running like new.
I am an experienced computer user (getting in on the very first PCs); yet I have to say that, over the years, as minor and major disasters have occurred (which inevitably happen at the least opportune moments), I would have been totally at a loss to deal with them without Bill - it's just gotten too complicated and specialized. I think Bill is brilliant in his indeph nuts-and-bolts knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Internet security, and communication/media/audio, and I depend on him very heavily.
